Integrated Force / Combined Skills

No real-world self defense program would be complete without training in firearms. Integrating the skills and knowledge of when and how to use firearms combined with other force options-and at what distances-is critical for a true martial understanding. SIRT pistols, airsoft, blue guns and sims allow for a safe approach to this essential training.

Close-Quarter Self Defense Skills

Our empty-hand training combines the elements of the boxing styles mentioned previously, along with the self-defense techniques and training methods from Jun Fan Gung Fu, Kali and Silat, fighting arts of the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. This dynamic blend features fast, efficient and powerful striking techniques, including throws, locks and take-downs.  Ideal for practical self defense.

Our Philosophy

The idea to being well-rounded in various martial disciplines, to function effectively in different environments, is today commonly known as "mixed-martial-arts", or MMA.

With its debut in November of 1993, The Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC, is recognized as introducing mixed-martial-arts and the philosophy of martial art cross-training to mainstream America. Nearly 30 years before UFC 1 in Denver, Colorado the idea of martial art cross-training and the philosophy of combining fighting methods was being  pursued and promoted by Bruce Lee and Dan Inosanto of Los Angeles, CA. in the1960's.

Lee recognized early on certain arts specialize in certain ranges of fighting and promote very different training methods. Some may train for competition others for self-preservation. This process of examination and analysis by Bruce Lee and Dan Inosanto led to the creation and formalization of Lee's philosophy known as Jeet Kune Do, with the codified curriculum of Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu.
